Pranay Ranjan
With an impressive background in corporate leadership spanning 25 years and a global career that has touched India, the US, Australia, and the UK, Pranay Ranjan is a natural people leader. He’s lent his expertise to prestigious multinational corporations like Novartis, Alcon, and HP.
Beyond the corporate world, Pranay passionately advocates for healthcare support, demonstrated through his partnerships with NGOs like The Max Foundation. But Pranay’s connection to music runs deep. He’s a self-trained musician whose passion for melodies has been with him since childhood.
His involvement with bands and musical events goes beyond a mere hobby. Pranay fervently believes in music as a bridge, seamlessly connecting personal and professional lives.
Pranay’s beliefs center on the boundless joy that music brings. While he acknowledges the importance of acquiring musical skills, he emphasizes that the joy derived from music should be deeply personal and absolute, transcending age, profession, and personal circumstances.
Mukta Dharma
Meet Mukta, a multifaceted professional blending her passion for music with a rich background in management and education. With an esteemed degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, Mukta has cultivated a diverse career path spanning capital markets advisory at Kotak Investment Banking, educational content creation for K-12 students, and leadership roles in the music academy and artist initiatives.
Mukta’s musical journey began early under the tutelage of Late Pandit Vasantrao Rajurkar of the renowned Gwalior Gharana, where she trained in Hindustani classical vocal for over 13 years. She has performed at various concers, starting from her debut performance at the tender age of three, where she barely peeked over the harmonium and tabla.
Raised in a household where music was a way of life, Mukta deeply understands its transformative power. As a mother, musician, and seasoned manager, she recognized the gap in traditional educational methods for delivering engaging music pedagogy to young children. This realization inspired her to create Tootly, a culmination of her expertise in music, management, education, and parenthood. Through Tootly, Mukta aims to revolutionize music education by offering a holistic and interactive learning experience that resonates with both students and parents alike.
